One person, a whole team, or a brand library.
Individual executive headshots
Start here when one person needs current photographs for LinkedIn, a company biography, a speaker profile or press. The Executive gives you time for two outfits and a focused set of portraits. Bring the layouts you need to fill: a small profile circle and a wide speaker banner may call for different framing.
Decide first: which image needs to work hardest?
On-site team headshots
Choose Team Day when several people need to look consistent on the same website. The published package covers up to 15 people at your office, with the same lighting and posing approach across the group. Share your current team page and whether you are replacing the whole grid or adding to an existing look.
Decide first: who needs an individual portrait?
Founder and personal branding
Choose Personal Brand when you need a library of images, beyond a single headshot crop. A half-day across 2–3 locations allows for different outfits, environments and editorial portraits. Map each idea to a use, such as your About page, a press portrait or social content, so the session has clear priorities.

Strategy Call
20-minute call to map looks, locations, and the actual photos you'll use.
Session Day
Direction-led shoot. You won't have to know how to pose — that's my job.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 7 business days. Share the crops and file uses your team needs before the session so delivery matches the brief.
Make the decisions before the calendar fills.
An office headshot day brings photography into a working schedule. A short shared brief helps HR, Marketing and each person being photographed prepare for the same session. Start with these four decisions; unknown details can stay open for the strategy call.
People and attendance
List everyone who needs a portrait, including anyone available for only part of the day. Separate individual headshots from any requested group photograph; a row of individual portraits and a whole-team picture are different setups. Flag a headcount above 15 for a tailored quote.
Background and wardrobe
Bring an existing photograph to match, or choose a direction together before the shoot. Agree on the level of formality and how the background relates to your website. The included styling guide and wardrobe call help you prepare; the aim is a coherent team without making everyone dress identically.
Office access and space
Share the proposed room, whether it can be reserved, and any building check-in or loading requirements. Mention furniture that cannot move, windows, nearby meetings and accessibility needs. Confirm that the planned setup fits before sending the team its schedule.
Uses and deadlines
Tell me where the photographs will appear and when final files are needed. Include the website launch or press deadline, plus any crop, background or file-naming requirements from your designer. Standard delivery is 7 business days; discuss any rush need before selecting a shoot date.
A useful brief, in one paragraph
For example: “We need individual portraits for 12 team members for our new About page. We prefer our office, have an existing background style to share, and need final files before our launch. Two people can attend only in the morning. We also want to discuss one group photograph.” This is a planning example; group coverage and scheduling are confirmed in your proposal.
Planning outside Greater Boston? Include your city and travel dates for Portland, Maine, New Hampshire or another New England location. Travel is billed at cost. The session location and logistics are agreed in advance.
Start with your briefThe fine print, made plain.
Which session fits a LinkedIn headshot, team update or personal brand?
The Executive is an individual session with two outfits and 10 retouched images. Team Day creates consistent portraits for up to 15 people at your office, with 5 retouched images per person. Personal Brand is a half-day editorial session across 2–3 locations, with 30 retouched hero images and B-roll clips. Start with where the photographs will appear, then choose the coverage that fits.
What should we send for an on-site headshot proposal?
Include your headcount, office city, preferred dates and final-image deadline. Share the intended uses and an existing team-page example if the new photographs need to match it. Add what you know about the available room, building access and anyone with a limited attendance window. Room suitability and the session schedule can be discussed before booking.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard delivery is 7 business days. Need it sooner for press or a launch? Rush 48-hour delivery is available for an additional fee.
How does the Team Day pricing work?
Team Day is a flat $2,000 for up to 15 people in one coordinated on-site session. Larger teams are easy — we add a second shooter and quote per headcount above 15.
Do you travel outside Boston?
Yes — across New England regularly, and nationwide for founder and brand sessions. Travel is billed at cost.
Do we get the licensing for everything?
Full commercial license for web, social, press, and print is included. You'll never get an invoice asking for usage rights down the road.
What if someone hates their photo?
We reshoot. On Team Days that means a 15-minute slot the same day. For Executive sessions, a complimentary touch-up shoot if needed.
Deposit and cancellation?
A 30% deposit holds the date and is non-refundable. Reschedules are honored once with 7+ days notice; weather-affected outdoor sessions are always rescheduled at no cost.
Tell me what the photographs need to do.
Share the people, intended uses, location and final-image deadline. I’ll review the brief and follow up about the right session and availability. An approximate headcount or an undecided location is fine at this stage. Teams above 15 need a tailored quote.
