You add a skill to Claude once, then say one sentence and it does the job with your prices, your contract's words and your voice. Every skill drafts. Nothing sends, posts, texts or spends without your yes. WHAT YOU NEED - A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) and the Claude desktop app: https://claude.ai/download - For the AI office skills (receptionist, chatbot, text back, rebooks, automations, autopilot, office assistant): a GoHighLevel account. HOW TO ADD A SKILL (2 minutes) Claude app: Settings > Capabilities > turn on "Code execution and file creation" > Skills > Upload skill > pick the skill's .zip (don't unzip it). Make sure its toggle is on. Claude Code: unzip the skill into ~/.claude/skills/ (one folder per skill). Then start a new chat and say the sentence. STEP 1 FOR EVERYONE: SET UP YOUR STUDIO Add Photo Onboard first and say: set me up It asks a few questions one at a time (genres, prices, your contract's retainer and turnaround wording, gallery platform, voice, insurance) and saves your studio profile so every other skill already knows your business. At the end it asks a few yes/no questions and tells you which skills to use first. WHERE TO START, BASED ON YOUR STUDIO Answer these honestly. Each "yes" points to a skill. Is your price a feeling, or copied from someone else? Start with: Session Quote Builder. Say: what should I charge for a family session? Why: it works out your minimum per session from your real costs and the salary you want. Do inquiries go quiet after you send your prices? Use: Inquiry Reply + Follow-Up. Say: new inquiry: (paste the DM or email) Do you have past clients with a baby turning one, or families you shot last fall? Start with: Client Rebook. Say: who should I rebook this month? Why: past clients already trust you. Do calls go to voicemail while you're shooting? Start with: Missed-Call Text Back (cheapest fix). Say: set up missed call text back Then: AI Receptionist Builder. Say: build my AI receptionist Do people ask the same questions on your website at night? Use: Website Chatbot Builder. Say: build my website chatbot Fewer than about 50 Google reviews? Use: Review Request + Reply. Say: write my review request Not sure what you're allowed to post? Use: Compliance Check. Say: can I post this? Text or email it things like: send the Rivera gallery: (link), open till Dec 1 the Lees signed, mark them booked remind the Okafors about their balance who hasn't signed? It finds the client, shows what will go out, asks "Reply YES" before anything about money or contracts, and texts you back when it's done. Only your own numbers can give it commands. Want planner referrals, venue lists, school work or corporate headshot days? Use: B2B Outreach. Say: get me planner referrals Builds the list with real names, sets up separate warmed email domains (never from GoHighLevel or your main domain), writes a 5-touch sequence, and puts replies into GoHighLevel. TIPS - Talk to it like you'd talk to a studio manager. Short is fine. - Drag in your price guide, a screenshot of a DM, your contract's retainer line, or a client export. It reads them. - Say "update my profile" any time your prices, turnaround or contract terms change. - Nothing with a person in it gets posted without a release on file.
